As Post Production Lead, I managed the production of over 3,500 animations and 18 full video edits, ensuring every piece of content captured the Academy’s mission. I also built scalable, flexible post-production workflows that allowed our team
to produce high-quality videos at scale. Alongside production, I led onboarding, coaching, and mentorship for new team members, helping maintain a culture of creativity, precision, and collaboration.

Through extensive documentation, every animation is named, then labeled with complexity, do date, urgency and if something similar had been made before. Having this kind of clear organised overview really speeds up production, smooths out communications and expectations with my client. truly the most valuable part of my workflow.
